The project is operational, with 500 new sewer connections serving a population of 31,000 people and 2,400 new water connections serving a population of  78,500 people.

  • A total of 12 waste stabilization ponds are to be constructed to treat up to 4000m3/day of waste water.
  • Construction of Sewer lines (200mm to 600mm)  of length  27.91km.
  • Construction of three main trunk sewer lines of diameter (200-600 HDPE (DWC) of length of 16.8km.
  • Eleven secondary trunk lines of diameter 200mm, total length 11.11 km.
  • Construction of access roads.
  • Construction of staff houses .
  • 5 number Ablution blocks at Amagoro, Kocholia, Onyunyuri, Okima and Amoni Markets
  • Fencing of the site for stabilization ponds.
