The General Manager, Infrastructure Development, provides strategic leadership in the planning, design and implementation of water and sanitation infrastructure within the Agency’s area of jurisdiction. The Division oversees the execution of major water supply, irrigation, and sanitation projects aimed at enhancing access to clean and safe water for domestic, agricultural, and industrial use.

Guided by national development priorities and the Agency’s strategic plan, the office ensures that all infrastructure projects are efficiently delivered, environmentally sustainable and aligned with the Government’s agenda of transforming lives through improved water resource management.

Through innovative project management, stakeholder collaboration and adoption of modern technologies, the Infrastructure Development division plays a pivotal role in driving the Agency’s mandate to promote equitable and sustainable water development across the region.

About Us

The Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency (CRVWWDA) is one of the nine (9) Water Works Development Agencies in Kenya and was formed under Section 65 of the Water Act, 2016. It was established through Kenya Gazette Notice No. 4 dated 7thFebruary 2020. The region served by the Agency comprise of the five Counties of Nakuru, Narok, Laikipia, Baringo and Nyandarua.
