Hon. Letulal Ole Masikonde brings over 25 years of experience in people leadership and organizational transformation from the local and National Government.Representing Narok County, Mr. Masikonde looks to enhance in the Agency the awareness of the challenges County faces on water and sanitation as well as acquire knowledge that will assist the County in harvesting and conservation of water. Prior to his appointment to the Agency, Hon. Ole Masikonde was serving as the Chairman of Narok Water and Sanitation Company where the water utility recorded improved performance in service delivery and revenue collection.

Hon. Ole Masikonde has spearheaded community initiatives such as youth mentorship programme and sports tournaments among other similar projects in Narok County.
