Major Flagship Infrastructure
• Chemususu Dam Water Supply Project: The project has reached an overall completion status of 98%. Civil works for the treatment plant and the main 5,000m³ reservoir at Baringo High School are completed. Outstanding works include pressure testing 150km of pipeline and the procurement of operational equipment (excavators and billing software). It serves 300,000 people across Eldama Ravine, Mogotio, and Nakuru.
• Kirandich Dam Phase II Water Supply Project: Serving Kabarnet Town, this project is currently at 41% overall physical progress. Key components include:
o Water Supply Works: 60% complete.
o Sewerage System: 31% complete.
o Reservoir Protection from Siltation: 77% complete.
o Management Office Rehabilitation: 33% complete.
• Eldama Ravine Sewerage Project: This National Urban Program project is in the tendering and documentation repackaging phase. It is designed to serve 57,563 people with a 53km sewerage network.

Future Planning & Proposed Projects
- National Urban Phase II: Proposed projects include Kabartonjo Water Supply, Marigat Water Supply, Marigat Sewerage, and Mogotio Sewerage.
- Priority PPP Dams: Recommended for Public-Private Partnerships are Bergei Dam (6.4B), Narosura Dam (5.4B), and Saimo Soi Dam (10B).
- Studies: Feasibility studies are identified for the Chemolingot, Barwesa, and Kipsaraman water supply cluster and the Emining Sewerage project.
