Brigadier (Rtd) Stephen Njung’e Kihu, EBS joined Central Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency (CRVWWDA) as the Chairman Board of Directors on 20th, March 2020. 

He is an experienced manager, successful Senior Executive Officer with a track record of leading Kenya Air Force for over 35 years. He also served as Base Commander of Laikipia Air Base where he negotiated and implemented the construction of a multi-million dollar runway at Laikipia Air Base.

He holds Masters in Business Administration from Moi University, Masters in International Studies from King’s College London, Diploma in Strategic Studies from University of Nairobi and Officers Grade One Staff Course in the UK.

Brigadier (Rtd) Stephen Njung’e Kihu is a representative of Nakuru County in the board.
